KGB Archiver is the compression tool with unbelievable high compression rate. Unfortunately, despite its powerful compression rate, it has raised the hardware requirements (I recommend 1.5 GHz and 256 MB of RAM). One of the advantages of KGB Archiver is also AES-256 is used to encrypt the archives. It is one of the strongest encryption known to man.
